Iran Shuts Strait of Hormuz — Here's What That Means for India

Iran said it closed the Strait of Hormuz after Israel continued strikes on Lebanon, which Tehran called a breach of its agreement with the US. Pakistan, which mediated the US-Iran ceasefire, said technical talks between the two sides were set to restart in Geneva on Sunday, June 21. The Strait of Hormuz is one of the world's most critical oil shipping routes.
