The Service

Wavefront Daily is a daily news digest delivered by email and on the website, with optional personalised briefs for premium subscribers. It is operated by Wavefront Daily, a sole proprietorship based in India.

The headlines, summaries, briefs, and analysis are generated and summarised by artificial intelligence from publicly available third-party news sources, and are provided for general information only. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and may not be current. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying anything before relying on it, and you read and act on the content entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Accounts & access

Access is tied to your email address and verified with one-time codes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Do not share, resell, or redistribute paid content without our written permission. You must be 18 or older to purchase a paid plan.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay at the prices shown at checkout (currently ₹99/month or ₹800/year for Basic, and ₹199/month or ₹1600/year for Premium). Each payment is a one-time charge that grants 30 days of access (monthly plans) or 365 days of access (annual plans) — there is no auto-renewal. When your access period ends, you can simply pay again from the site to continue; nothing is billed automatically. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, automated bulk access, attempts to bypass the access gate, reverse engineering, or use that violates law or infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

Our original editorial, design, and branding are owned by us. Third-party headlines and source material remain the property of their respective owners; we link back to original sources. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the content.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Because the content is AI-generated and summarised from third-party sources, we do not guarantee it is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavefront Daily and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content, including any financial or investment decisions. Any action you take based on the Service is taken at your own discretion and risk.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend access for breach of these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law
