Wavefront Daily (“we”, “us”) — a sole proprietorship based in India — operates the daily news digest at wavefrontdaily.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Email address — to deliver your daily brief, verify access via one-time codes, and send service messages. Profile details you choose to provide (e.g. profession, city, interests, investment style) — used only to personalise premium briefs. Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. We retain only a payment/order reference and your plan status. Basic technical data — standard request logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use your data

To send the newsletter you signed up for, personalise premium content, process and renew subscriptions, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers who help us run the service: Supabase (subscriber database), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payments), OneSignal (optional web push), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms and security controls.

Data retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, unsubscribe from emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@wavefrontdaily.in.

Security

Access is protected by signed, HTTP-only session cookies and one-time email codes (we store only a hashed form of each code). We use reputable processors and industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
