Canada Shuts Down Its Human Rights Watchdog for Companies Operating Abroad

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has eliminated the Canadian Ombudsperson for Responsible Enterprise, the office that investigated human rights abuses by Canadian companies operating in other countries.
