Global School Attacks Jump 40% โ Over 10,600 Students and Staff Killed or Harmed

A new study by the GCPEA found 8,556 recorded attacks on educational institutions in 2024 and 2025, a 40% surge from before. At least 10,600 students and staff were killed, injured, abducted, or arrested. Attacks were reported across 83 countries.
