Small Businesses Are Doing Almost All the Hiring in the US Right Now

Data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that businesses with fewer than 1,000 employees accounted for nearly 93% of all private sector hires in May. Companies with 10 to 49 employees made up the largest share of those hires. Large corporations are contributing very little to job creation at the moment.
