Apple Sues OpenAI and Jony Ive's Startup Over Alleged Hardware Secrets Theft

Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, claiming former Apple engineers stole trade secrets to help the AI company build its hardware. The lawsuit also names IO Products, the hardware startup founded by legendary Apple designer Jony Ive. Apple says it found 'a pattern of theft of Apple's trade secrets by OpenAI employees who were formerly at Apple.'
