HDFC Bank's Legal Review Clears CEO โ Board Now Set to Decide on Jagdishan's Future

Law firms hired by HDFC Bank found no basis for the governance concerns raised by former chairman Atanu Chakraborty, who resigned in March. With the review complete, the bank's board is now expected to decide on whether to reappoint CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan.
