NASA Picks Eric Schmidt's Rocket Company for a 2028 Mission to Mars

NASA has selected Relativity Space, led by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, to launch its Aeolus payload to Mars in 2028. Under a public-private partnership, Relativity Space will provide the spacecraft, rocket, and cruise operations for the mission. Aeolus will be the first payload of its kind to reach Mars.
