Tech giant Meta is reportedly in discussions to invest in or acquire Indian fintech unicorn CRED at a valuation of around $4 billion. Separately, CRED has scaled its biometric UPI user base to nearly 10 million. The Meta talks are still at the discussion stage, per the report.
